The order of departure from Piazza del Duomo are as follows:

1. Brendon & Rachel (6:13 am)
2. Jet & Cord (7:23 am)
3. Leo & Jamal (7:34 am)
4. Dave & Connor (7:44 am)
5. Caroline & Jennifer (7:45 am)

Teams must make their way back to Rome, then take a train to Chiasso, Switzerland. Once there, teams must drive themselves to the Tell Monument in Altdorf, where they must wait for a William Tell impersonator to deliver them their next clue the following morning.

Teams must drive themselves to Lucerne and find "the oldest wooden bridge in Europe", which they must figure out referred to the Chapel Bridge, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Hotel Schweizerhof, where they must don cleaning staff outfits before cleaning a trashed room to perfectly match an example room and to the standards of the hotel's gouvernante to receive their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to the Swiss Museum of Transport and search for the marked artifact. Teams must correctly identify the artifact as a tunnel drill to receive their next clue.

Teams must enter the museum and find the Ford Mustang exhibit, where they must choose among five parked Ford Mustangs with their next clue.

Teams must use the road signs on the museum that listed the distances to other Swiss cities, and using the formula included in their clue, to calculate the model year of the Mustang they have chosen. Once they have the correct answer, they can show it to the president of the Swiss Mustang Club, to receive their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Oberrickenbach and search for a marked milk tanker, where they would find their next clue.

"Who's ready to be milked to oblivion?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must make a traditional milk delivery by means of Bernese Mountain Dog. After picking a dog, they must guide their dog pulling a cart carrying two empty milk jugs to one of two gondola stations. After unloading the milk jugs and riding the gondola to the top station, they must carry the milk jugs to a dairy farm and trade the empty jugs for full ones. They must then carry the full jugs back to the gondola and down to their dog, before bringing the dog and full milk jugs to the milk truck to receive their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Engelberg and then ride a gondola to the top of Mount Titlis to check in.

For coming in first, Dave & Connor each won a 2015 Ford Mustang.

For coming in last place, Caroline & Jennifer will have to perform a Speed Bump at some point during the next leg of the race.
