Akbar Cook and Sheridan "Sheri" Cook are a team of Married Educators on The Amazing Race 33.
Akbar & Sheri's time on the Race was defined by their bickering stemming from Akbar's frustration that Sheri was no longer as physically adept as she was when they were athletes in college 20 years prior and despite Sheri being forced to do a number of tasks that Akbar was not allowed to do for safety reasons due to his weight. In the sixth leg, Akbar found that he too could no longer physically perform as he had when he was younger, as his lumbering in a physical Roadblock allowed Ryan & Dusty to pass them, resulting in their elimination in 6th place.
