The order of departure from the MS Star Pisces are as follows:

Teams must take a taxi to Batu Ferringhi Beach to find their next clue.
Teams must fly to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Once there, teams must search the parking lot of Terminal 1 of Kota Kinabalu International Airport for one of ten marked cars scattered in the area to find their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Murut Warrior's Village in Tuaran, where they must take part in a ceremony before receiving their next clue.
Teams must drive to the Filipino Night Market in Kota Kinabalu and look for a marked stall where they must eat at least 100 chicken balls to receive their next clue. The team that eats the most chicken balls will receive a 20-minute advantage for the next task. Claire & Michelle ate the most chicken balls and were allowed to board their boat at Sutera Harbour Marina going to the Roadblock 20 minutes before the other teams.
Teams must drive to Sutera Harbour Marina and look for a marked boat to find their next clue.
"Who holds the key to see your next clue?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must dive and thread a ring through a 25-meter underwater rope maze within a given time limit to receive their next clue. Teams who could not finish the task within the time limit would incur a four-hour penalty at the Pit Stop. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Choice A: Rapid Water
Teams must sail a bamboo raft down river rapids and across the river to retrieve their next clue.
Claire & Michelle, Dimple & Sunaina, Hilda & Ivan, Khairie & Ethan, Lani & Jess, and Nadine & Yani chose this task.
Choice B: Rapid Fire
Teams must both shoot Malaysian slingshots at two targets to receive their next clue.
Teams must drive to Kampung Tanjung Aru in Kota Kinabalu and check in. For coming in first, Hilda & Ivan won two Sony VAIO laptops.
