Anonymous? is the seventh episode of The Amazing Race 16.

The order of departure from l'ORCCA are as follows:

1. Louie & Michael (12:35 am)
2. Carol & Brandy (1:28 am)
3. Steve & Allie (1:57 am)
4. Jet & Cord (2:36 am)
5. Dan & Jordan (3:36 am)
6. Brent & Caite (4:36 am)

Teams must fly to the island of Mahé in Seychelles. Upon arrival, teams must find a marked kiosk, where they must take a number and find their next clue.

Teams must ride a helicopter to L'Union Estate on the island of La Digue, where teams would find their next clue. The first three teams to claim a number at the marked kiosk would board one of three helicopters departing around the same time, while the last three teams would depart an hour later.

Choice A: Turtle Toddle
Teams must use a banana to lure a 500-pound, 100-year-old Aldabra giant tortoise across a marked path on a lawn. Once it crosses the finish line, teams must deliver a bunch of bananas each to a fruit merchant 1.5 miles away at La Digue Marina to receive their next clue.

Only Steve & Allie chose this task.

Choice B: Ox Trot
Teams must pull a cart to a clearing and load a pile of coconuts into it. Then, after an ox is hitched to their cart, teams must deliver their coconuts to a fruit merchant at La Digue Marina to receive their clue. If they forget or lose any of their coconuts, teams must retrieve them before being allowed to continue.

Brent & Caite, Carol & Brandy, Dan & Jordan, Jet & Cord, and Louie & Michael chose this task.

Teams must choose a marked boat and travel to a buoy off the coast of St. Pierre Island. Once there, the boat captain would give teams their next clue.

"Time to take a deep breath."

The team member assigned to this Roadblock must dive into the ocean to retrieve one of seven bottles tied to a platform in the water. They and their partner would then be taken off the shore of Praslin and would have to swim to shore. Once ashore, teams must empty the contents of their bottle revealing a puzzle map that, when completed, would lead them to the Pit Stop at Paradise Sun Hotel.

For coming in first place, Steve & Allie won a dinner on the beach, massages, and all the 7 Up the team could drink, all to be enjoyed at the Pit Stop. In addition, they won $7,000 for each team member.

For coming in last place, Jet & Cord will have to perform a Speed Bump at some point during the next leg of the race.
