In Season 29, they quickly became the big personalities of the season for their fun and happy natures leading to being the fan-favorites. This attitude didn't hinder their abilities as despite a couple of hitches, they were consistently one of the stronger teams. After getting on the first bus in Leg 10, they looked to be in a comfortable position. However, Floyd struggled tremendously on the bicycle Roadblock, as he dropped many shrimp traps along the way and had to retrieve them. To make things worse, the entire leg was run on bicycles so he was too tired to continue and collapsed due to heatstroke. Eventually, the medical team had to intervene, but by then their race was all but over and Phil had to come and eliminate them in 5th.
While they got off to a good start in season 31 by finishing in the top 5 in leg 1, leg 2 was a struggle as they were U-Turned by Rachel & Elissa, causing them to fall to the bottom two. However, after escaping elimination they went on a good run, finishing in the upper half or middle of the pack in six of the next 7 legs. In leg 10, they fell to the back of the pack after struggling on the bike and getting lost on their way to the Detour. Despite completing the Detour they were U-Turned by Nicole & Victor, forcing them to complete the second Detour. Things didn't get any better, as they were forced to re-do the second Detour after one of their eggs cracked. After finally finishing the Detour, they arrived at the last part of the leg where they had a chance to survive. Unfortunately, they were unable to catch up to Victor and Nicole, resulting in their elimination in 5th place once again.

I hope to gain a better understanding of our team dynamic, learn from each other, learn more about myself and obviously, have fun. Age: 23 Hometown: Highlands Ranch, Colorado Twitter and Instagram: @FloydJP3 Current occupation: Client Service Manager Describe what you do: I am a client service manager and a registered investment advisor in Boulder. I communicate with clients, provide operational/administrative support, and perform other specialty functions relating to reporting and research. I passed CFA Level 1 this past December. Three words to describe you: Spunky, charismatic, and contemplative. Favorite hobbies: Anything involving music, college sporting events, cuddling, and The Lion King. What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Being cast for The Amazing Race twice. That's pretty cool. Or serving as a drum major for CU's marching band. What scares you most about traveling? Losing my passport. What excites you most about traveling? Getting to experience the lives of other people. Every country is so unique and each feels like a different world, and I'm so lucky that I get to see other countries in a way that your average tourist can't. What country and place would you most like to visit and why? Australia and/or New Zealand. It’s the only continent I haven't been to (besides Antarctica). What do you hope to accomplish by running the Race with your partner (other than winning one million bucks)? To spread our joy to the world and have the time of our lives. Becca and I also still have a lot to learn about each other, so our relationship is surely about to get deeper! Who do you think will be your biggest competition: Racers, Houseguests, or Castaways? Definitely the Castaways. I feel like Survivor can be psychologically tougher than the Race because it's more social and you're just sitting around alone with your thoughts. So I think the Castaways can handle themselves during the stressful moments. The Race is also physically and mentally challenging, and obviously, the Castaways are used to those kinds of conditions!
⋐ The team that used the second slot of the "Double U-Turn" ⋑ Recipient of a second U-Turn due to the "Double U-Turn" twist
Notes: 1:Becca & Floyd initially checked in 5th, however, Floyd soon discovered he lost his passport, and were told they couldn't check in without it. They were able to find Floyd's passport, and the second time they checked in, they dropped to 8th.
2:Becca & Floyd U-Turned Liz & Michael, who had already passed the U-Turn point and were therefore unaffected by it.
3:Becca & Floyd received a 10 minute penalty for speeding. They served it on the racecourse, thus didn't affect their placement, and was left unaired. 4:On the way to Đền Thái Vi, Floyd became dizzy due to fatigue from the Roadblock, and medics were called out to their location. Long after all the other teams checked in, Phil came out to his & Becca's location and eliminated them.
