Bust Me Right in the Head with It is the third episode of The Amazing Race 20.

Story

The order of departure from El Gomero are as follows:

Only Rachel & Dave's and Art & JJ's departure times were shown on-screen.

Teams must fly to Asunción, Paraguay. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to Metalúrgica Punta de Rieles and search the equipment to find their next clue.

Choice A: Stacked Up
Teams would have to travel to the Mercado Central de Abasto and stack watermelons into a 10-by-10 pyramid. Once the pyramid is complete, the fruit monger will give them their next clue.

Art & JJ, Joey & Danny, and Vanessa & Ralph chose this task.

Choice B: Strung Out
Teams would have to traveled to an auditorium at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción where they have to properly string a harp, Paraguay's national instrument. Once the harp is properly strung and ready to be tuned, the harp conductor will give teams their next clue.

Bopper & Mark, Brendon & Rachel, Elliot & Andrew, Kerri & Stacy, Nary & Jamie, and Rachel & Dave chose this task.

Rachel & Dave used their Express Pass to bypass the Strung Out Detour.

Teams must travel by taxi to Plaza de la Democracia to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform the Roadblock would have to perform a traditional Paraguayan bottle dance, performing a choreographic routine with a glass bottle on their head. If the bottle broke, racers would have to start over with a new bottle. Teams are given a limited number of bottles, and if they broke all of them without being able to complete the task, they will incur a 2-hour penalty at the Pit Stop.

Teams must travel on foot to Escalinata de Antequera to check in. For coming in first place, Art & JJ won a trip for two to the Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas, provided by Travelocity.
