Call Me the Olive Man is the second episode of The Amazing Race Canada 10.

The order of departure from Niagara Parks Power Station are as follows:
None of the teams departure times were shown on-screen.Teams must take a bus to Toronto Pearson International Airport and fly to Vancouver, British Columbia. Upon landing, teams must make their way to Seair Seaplanes at the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre and sign up for one of five seaplanes, each carrying two teams, to Sechelt, British Columbia. In Sechelt, teams found their next clue in a marked 2024 Chevrolet Silverado Bison ZR2.
Upon landing in Vancouver, British Columbia, teams are given an opportunity to retrieve two Express Passes or a singular Express Pass at Second Beach by pulling it from the sea to shore. Michael & Tyson won two Express Passes and Michael & Amari won one.
In Sechelt, teams must make their way to Half Moon Kayaks, then paddle into Porpise Bay, capsize their kayak, and perform a self rescue in order to receive their next clue.
Choice A: Palate Test
Teams had to sample ten olive oils and match them to their flavours in order to receive their next clue.
Brad & Sam, Colin & Matt, Connor & John, Kevin & Gurleen, Lauren & Nicole, Michael & Amari, Michael & Tyson, and Taylor & Katie chose this task.
Choice B: Mallet Fest
Teams had to perform a song on a marimba in order to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Mise en Place Equestrian to find their next clue.
"Who can hold their horses?"
The team member assigned to this Roadblock had to perform a dressage course in a specific order from memory on a hobby horse in order to receive their next clue. The Assist was hidden in one clue, found by Colin & Matt, and allowed them to perform a simplified equestrian course.

Teams received a photograph of a mandala and had to figure out that it was the Roberts Creek Mandala located at the Roberts Creek Pier to check in.
For coming in first place, Michael & Tyson won a trip for two to Dubai, United Arab Emirates and $10,000.
