The order of departure from Matejuška Pier is as follows:

- Nicole & Victor (8:55 am)

- Colin & Christie (11:31 am)
- Leo & Jamal (11:35 am)
Teams must fly to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Upon arrival, they must take a train to Kampen, where they would find their next clue outside Kampen railway station.
Teams must ride a tandem bicycle to Jachthaven, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: High
Teams must ride their tandem bicycle to Erf 34, where they must pick up a cow statue, loading it onto a trailer behind a tractor. They must then follow the tractor on their tandem bicycle to Nieuwe Toren, where they must use a pulley to hoist the cow statue to the top of the tower in forty seconds. Once they have hoisted the cow statue within the time limit, one member may climb to the top of the bell tower to receive their next clue.
Becca & Floyd, Colin & Christie, Leo & Jamal, and Tyler & Korey chose this task.
Choice B: Dry
Teams must ride their tandem bicycle to Erf 29, where they must play a sport called fierljeppen by completing a single vault over a 12-foot wide irrigation ditch, then pick up a set of two cheese orbs and a dozen eggs. They must then vault back to the other side and ride their tandem bicycle to Kampen Market to deliver the cheese orbs and eggs intact in exchange their next clue.
Teams must ride their tandem bicycle to IJsselkade, where they would find their next clue.
At IJsselkade, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team, with two slots available. Leo & Jamal used the first slot of the U-Turn on Nicole & Victor. Nicole & Victor used the second slot of the U-Turn on Becca & Floyd.
Since Nicole & Victor completed the Dry Detour, they would be forced to backtrack and complete the High Detour before continuing.

Teams must board a boat, using it to travel the canals of Giethoorn while searching for two other marked boats of different colors to attach to their boat to create a "boat train". Once they have all three boats, they must navigate their boat train to an island in Bovenwijde Lake to check in.
For coming in first place, Colin & Christie won each $7,500.
