The Father/Son team were also courteous and friendly, being well-liked by most of the other teams and befriending [[Caroline & Jennifer]] in particular. However, they took being [[U-Turn]]ed by [[Brendon & Rachel]] a bit too personally, and formed the "Accidental Alliance" with Caroline & Jennifer and [[Leo & Jamal]] to target the Newlyweds for elimination. In the finale, Dave edged out Caroline on the final Roadblock to make them the first parent/child team to win the Race. |
One of the most popular teams of all time at the time on their first season, Dave's continuous whining about being U-Turned by Brendon & Rachel has led to a massive decline in popularity among fans. However, like Brendon & Rachel, they are a very polarizing team and still have many fans. |

David "Dave" O'Leary and Connor O'Leary are a Father/Son team on The Amazing Race 22 and the Official Winners of The Amazing Race: All-Stars.
Father and son cancer survivors, they started off strong in Season 22, but Dave tore his Achilles Tendon while racing to the Pit Stop in Leg 2. Realizing that his injury made it almost impossible to win the Race, Dave became determined to win a leg, and he and Connor won the following two legs, even with Dave walking on crutches. They eventually quit the race in Hanoi in order to allow Dave to have surgery on his torn tendon.
Their unfortunate elimination had them invited back for the second All Stars season. They never finished below 4th Place, and won six of the twelve legs of the season. The Father/Son team were also courteous and friendly, being well-liked by most of the other teams and befriending Caroline & Jennifer in particular. However, they took being U-Turned by Brendon & Rachel a bit too personally, and formed the "Accidental Alliance" with Caroline & Jennifer and Leo & Jamal to target the Newlyweds for elimination.
