Description	Last to arrive in a non-elimination leg receive to depart later (usually 30 minutes) or on their own in the next leg.

Introduced in the third leg of HaMerotz LaMillion 3, the team was given a Departure Time Penalty were the last to arrive at the Pit Stop during a Non-Elimination Leg. Teams affected were forced to depart later than normal.

In The Amazing Race 33, the penalized team would start the next leg in the last departure group on their own.

Starting from The Amazing Race 34 with the removal of Non-Elimination legs, that season had made a de-facto Non-Elimination Leg featuring this penalty whoever finished last on that leg, due to a team being evacuated prior to that leg's start.
