Derek Williams and Shelisa Williams are a team of Grandparents on The Amazing Race 36.

The grandparents came into the race able to keep up with most of the teams, but they fell to the last Departure Group after a tough 5th leg where they came in 2nd last place. This left them at the back of the pack competing with Sunny & Bizzy and Yvonne & Melissa to avoid elimination. After struggling with their initial detour choice, they opted to switch tasks, dropping them to last place. Derek's subsequent struggles at the first Roadblock and Shelisa's lack of encouragement throughout the leg put them so far behind that they never saw another team again before being eliminated in 8th place.
