Teams must fly to La Paz, Bolivia. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to the statue of Simón Bolívar at Plaza Venezuela, wait for the morning newspaper, and search for an advertisement in the classified ads section for the location of their next clue.
Teams must take a taxi to Narvaez Hat Shop at Plaza Murillo, where they must purchase a traditional bowler hat called a bombin to receive their next clue.
Choice A: Musical March
Teams must make their way on foot to three plazas, Plaza del Estudiante, Plaza Bolivia, and Plaza Isabela la Católica, several blocks apart to gather and lead a marching band through the city to a band leader at Plaza Abaroa, where they could exchange the band members for their next clue.
Andrew & Dan and Marisa & Brooke chose this task.
Choice B: Bumpy Ride
Teams must make their way on foot to Mercado de las Brujas and ride a traditional wooden bicycle down the steep cobblestone streets to Plaza Abaroa, where they could exchange the wooden bicycles for their next clue.
At Plaza Abaroa, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team. None of the teams opted to use the U-Turn.
Teams must take a taxi to El Alto and find Los Titanes del Ring, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's ready to pick a fight?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must learn six wrestling moves from a luchadora called a Fighting Cholita, to whom they must first give the bombin hat they purchased earlier in the leg. After performing these moves in the ring, they will receive their next clue. If they failed at performing the moves, they must go back and train with the Fighting Cholita again before returning to the ring.

Teams must take a taxi to Mirador el Monticulo in Sopocachi neighborhood to check in. For coming in first, Ken & Tina won a trip for two to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, provided by Travelocity.
