Teams must fly to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to a marked gas station at Phlau Ben Lane, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must use a hand pump to fill a truck with 25 liters of diesel fuel to receive their next clue.
Teams must ride the truck to Siem Reap Harbor on Tonlé Sap, then ride a marked boat to Kho Andeth, a floating restaurant on the lake, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Village Life
Teams must take their boat to three locations around a floating village on Tonlé Sap and retrieve a set of toy teeth from a dentist, a doll from a tailor, and a basketball from a floating basketball court. Each team member would have to score a basket at the floating basketball court before returning all the items they had collected to the Siem Reap Harbor, where they could exchange the items for their next clue.
Kelly & Christy, Ken & Tina, and Terence & Sarah chose this task.
Choice B: Village Work
Teams must take their boat to the marked fishing area and wade out into the water. There, they must retrieve two full baskets of fish and return them to Siem Reap Harbor, where they could exchange the fish for their next clue.
Teams must take a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat and search the grounds for their next clue.
"Who has better sense of direction?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must search the temple for an echo chamber called Prassat Kok Troung. Once there, they must stand on a specific spot and stomp their chest in such a way that it would make an echo sound in the room. They could then pick up a stone frieze, which they must bring to the Pit Stop, displaying their next clue on the back.

Teams must take a tuk-tuk to Bayon Temple to check in. For coming in first, Nick & Starr won a seven-day trip for two to Saint John, United States Virgin Islands, provided by Travelocity.
