The order of departure from Souk Madinat Jumeirah are as follows:
- Meghan & Cheyne (8:17 am)
- Brian & Ericka (9:59 am)
- Flight Time & Big Easy (10:42 am)

Teams must choose a locked briefcase to take with them until further instructions, then travel by taxi to the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and search the boardwalk for their next clue.
"Who's ready to row, row, row their boat?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must row an inflatable dinghy out to a yacht anchored offshore and meet a sheikh on board who would give the team member a watch. After rowing back to the dock, they must open the locked briefcase they have brought, and must figure out that the time displayed on the watch corresponds with the combination to the briefcase's lock (835). When they have opened the briefcase, they would find their next clue inside.

Teams must take a taxi to Old Souk Abra Station, where they would find their next clue
Choice A: Gold
Teams must take an abra to Deira and find Deepu Jewellers at the New Gold Centre in Dubai Gold Souk, where they would use a precision scale to weigh out $500,000 worth of gold to the nearest ounce. The price of gold per ounce is displayed on a television monitor, but would change by the minute. Once the correct amount is on the scale, they would receive their next clue.
Flight Time & Big Easy, Maria & Tiffany, and Sam & Dan chose this task.
Choice B: Glass
Teams must take an abra to Deira and find the Dubai Spice Souk, where must open a crate and assemble twelve hookahs, using all parts from the crate and using three displayed hookahs as guides, to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Atlantis, The Palm and search for the Aquaventure waterpark for the Leap of Faith water slide. Both team members must slide down the Leap of Faith, which is at a near 90° and goes through a shark tank. At the end of the ride, teams would find their next clue.
Teams must search the grounds of Atlantis, The Palm for Dolphin Bay Beach to check in.
For coming in first place, Meghan & Cheyne each won a personal watercraft.
