Don't Stand There Doing Nothing! is the seventh episode of The Amazing Race Asia 1.

Route Markers

The order of departure from Chard Farm Winery are as follows:

Sandy & Francesca (2:54 am)
Joe Jer & Zabrina (3:15 am)
Andrew & Syeon (4:05 am)
Marsio & Mardy (4:22 am)
Howard & Sahran (4:25 am)
Andy & Laura (6:05 am)

Andy & Laura left the Pit Stop last as they were caught speeding in the previous leg and were penalized 92 minutes at the start of this leg.

Teams must fly to Singapore. Once there, teams must make their way to a Caltex station on MacPherson Road in Geylang, Central Region and wash a Ford Focus car to the satisfaction of a Caltex employee to receive their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Suntec City in Downtown Core and find the Fountain of Wealth. There, teams will find their next clue.

Teams must fly to Bangkok, Thailand and take a taxi to Wat Niwet Thammaprawat in Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Once there, teams must take a cable car over the river and search amongst several clue boxes in the temple grounds for the one that contained their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to the location depicted on a ฿ 2 coin enclosed in their clue, the Golden Mount at Wat Saket in Bangkok, to find their next clue.

"Who rings a bell? Patience and perseverance may be needed."

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must climb to the top of the Golden Mount and search amongst 560 golden blessing bells for 100 clue capsules, of which only six contained their next clue. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Choice A: Bacon
Teams must find a marked tuk-tuk, then direct their driver to the Pig Memorial, where they will find their next clue. Teams may ask for directions from locals, but may not ask for the driver's assistance.

Andrew & Syeon, Howard & Sahran, Joe Jer & Zabrina, and Marsio & Mardy chose this task.

Choice B: Eggs
Teams must make their way to Pak Khlong Talat market and find an egg stall and stack and transport 20 trays of eggs intact to a nearby egg market to receive their next clue.

Andy & Laura and Sandy & Francesca chose this task.

Teams must make their way to Wat Pho to check in. For coming in first place, Andy & Laura won a free year's worth of engine-cleaning fuel from Caltex.
