Dude, I'm Such a Hot Giant Chick Right Now! is the penultimate episode of The Amazing Race 10.
Synopsis[]
Only four teams remain as the Racers continue their quest for a spot in the final three and a chance at One Million Dollars.The intensity heightens as teams depart Morocco and race to their next destination knowing that one team may be eliminated leaving only three teams in the Race to the Finish Line.
Immediately, the Racers face a difficult Detour causing one Team to hit their emotional breaking point. Will this team be able to pull it together or will this hurdle be enough to knock them out of the Race entirely? At the Roadblock, an argument breaks out when one Racer loses faith in their partner. Finally, one team feels the coldness of the other teams who have targeted them for elimination.[2]

The order of departure from the nomadic Berber camp are as follows:
- Tyler & James (5:30 am)
- Lyn & Karlyn (5:31 am)
- Rob & Kimberly (5:47 am)
- Dustin & Kandice (6:16 am)
Teams must drive themselves to Casablanca. Once there, teams must make their way to Quartier des Habous, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's got a taste for the unusual?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must search the market for a marked stall where they would pick up a pound of camel meat. They then had to take it to Cafe 11, where they must grind and skewer the meat, then have the chef cook it for them. After they finished eating all of the meat, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must fly to Barcelona, Spain. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to Parc del Laberint d'Horta and search the maze for their next clue.
Choice A: Lug It
Teams must take a taxi to Las Ramblas, then make their way on foot to Maremàgnum Bridge and get into giant costumes known as gigantes y cabezudos. They must then walk over a mile in the costumes to find a female giant in Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, where they would receive their next clue.
Dustin & Kandice and Tyler & James chose this task.
Choice B: Lob It
Teams must make their way to Colònia Güell and take part in the La Tomatina festival. While locals threw tomatoes at them as done in the festival, teams must search a giant pile of tomatoes for one with their next clue inside.
Teams must make their way to Palau Nacional de Montjuïc to check in. For coming in first, Rob & Kimberly won a trip to Barbados, including swimming with turtles and a spa package sponsored by Travelocity.

- This episode marks the first time that a Pit Stop is located in Spain, as during the previous visit in the fifth leg of The Amazing Race 3, teams continued racing to Morocco.
- The episode title is said by James Branaman, in reference to the giant costumes teams wore at the Lug it Detour.
- With Dustin & Kandice's elimination, Lyn & Karlyn are the last all-female team remaining.
