Nurses, New South Wales

Working in a high-pressure, fast paced environment is second nature to psychiatric nurses Femi and Nick. The best mates turned co-workers know that they have the mental and physical stamina that it takes to conquer the race… and the means to getting an IV drip if they’re feeling a bit flat.

When they’re not in scrubs, they’re whipping clients into shape at their personal training business in Sydney. Both Femi and Nick come from large, happy Nigerian families and are passionate about personal development and helping others.

Cool, calm and collected, the boys believe they can take a logical approach to the race and charm their way through the rest!

Get to know Femi

What country or place do you hope to visit on The Amazing Race Australia and why? China, because I feel they’re just so advanced in EVERYTHING! I think it would be a massive shock to my system.
What’s the worst part of travelling with your teammate? He is so messy and sluggish with everything. I have to work twice as hard just to get places on time with him!
What do you hope to accomplish by running The Amazing Race Australia? Personal growth - showing people that the sky ‘s the limit and you can do whatever you put your mind to and overcoming challenges. And let’s not forget winning the race.

Get to know Nick

What do you hope to accomplish by running The Amazing Race Australia? To set an awesome example for and inspire people like us - young, black and ambitious … Also, the $250,000 cash prize obviously.
What is the biggest challenge or weakness you’ll need to overcome? Any swimming related activities. Please have a life vest available!
What country or place do you hope to visit on The Amazing Race Australia and why? Brazil. I just love places that offer a different cultural experience than what I’m used to, whilst being somewhat familiar. Seeing as I’m African and Brazil has a massive Afro influence, it’s the perfect mix.
