The order of departure from Mount Titlis are as follows:
- Dave & Connor (2:35 pm)
- Jet & Cord (2:37 pm)
- Leo & Jamal (2:38 pm)
- Brendon & Rachel (2:42 pm)
- Caroline & Jennifer (2:58 pm)
Teams must fly to Seville, Spain. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to La Alameda, where they would receive their next clue between the statues of Hercules and Julius Caesar the following morning.
Teams must make their way to Melado Peluqueros, where they would find their next clue.
"Who wants to be the Barber of Seville?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must properly apply shaving cream to a balloon and then use a straight razor to remove all of the shaving cream within 60 seconds. If they pop the balloon or ran out of time, they would have to start over. Once successful, the barber would give them their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Patio de las Doncellas at the Real Alcázar, where they would find their next clue.
At the Real Alcázar, Caroline & Jennifer would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Caroline & Jennifer must deliver six jamónes ibéricos through the streets and alleys of Seville to Las Teresas Café Bar, before they are allowed to continue.
Choice A: Spanish Steps
Teams must make their way to Museo del Baile Flamenco, where they would learn a traditional flamenco routine. They must then properly perform the routine on stage to receive their next clue.
Only Caroline & Jennifer chose this task.
Choice B: Running with the Ballz
Teams must make their way to Calle Lope de Rueda, where they would wear bumperz designed to look like bulls and run along a marked route, trying to avoid other "bulls", and looking for fragments of a motto printed on several posters along the route. Once they have reached the end of the course and could recite the full motto, "A matador never thinks about his own death", to the mayoral, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way on foot to the General Archive of the Indies, where they would find their next clue.
At the General Archive of the Indies, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team, with two slots available. Leo & Jamal used the first slot of the U-Turn on Jet & Cord. Caroline & Jennifer attempted to use the second slot of the U-Turn on Brendon & Rachel; however Brendon & Rachel already passed the U-Turn before Caroline & Jennifer, thus having no effect on them. Since Jet & Cord completed the Running with the Ballz Detour, they would be forced to backtrack and complete the Spanish Steps Detour before continuing.
Teams must make their way on foot to Plaza de América, where they would take a horse-drawn carriage to Plaza de España to check in. For coming in first, Dave & Connor won a trip for two to St. Croix, provided by Travelocity.
