The order of departure from the Museumplein ice skating rink are as follows:

1. Laura & Tyler (12:40 am)
2. Hayley & Blair (1:07 am)
3. Jelani & Jenny (1:20 am)
4. Mike & Rochelle (1:30 am)
5. Matt & Ashley (2:27 am)

Teams must fly to Trujillo, Peru. Due to the limited number of flights out of Amsterdam, teams are given tickets to Trujillo. However, they are not obligated to use them and may look for another itinerary. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Plaza de Armas, where they must search for the Master of Ceremonies of the Festiva de Fuerza, who would give them their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Plazuela de la Merced and search for a "shine with the morning sun", leaving teams to figure out that this referred to a shoeshine stand in the plaza, where they would receive their next clue.

At Plazuela de la Merced, Matt & Ashley would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Matt & Ashley must each use an old-fashioned typewriter to type a completed llama loan application, before they are allowed to continue.

Teams must take a taxi to Cuartel #1 at Fundo San Fernando, where they would find their next clue, one of which conceals a Date Night ticket.

"Who wants to take charge in the field?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must harvest a row of sugarcane using a machete. Once they have finished chopping down their row of crops, a farmer would give them their next clue and a bundle of sugarcane.

Teams must refer to their Fitbit fitness watch device to write down the number of steps they have walked and calories burned so far in the leg on an enclosed card. Teams must then make their way to Parque Ramón Castillo in Otuzco, where they must deliver their sugarcane to a marked stand in exchange for their next clue.

Teams must write their activity data from their postcard on a chalkboard displaying their activity data from the previous nine legs. They must then calculate the number of steps needed to work off the 576 calories from a sugarcane juice drink. Once they have correctly computed the number of steps needed, they must then drink a glass of sugarcane juice to receive their next clue.

Choice A: Mamas
Teams must take a marked taxi to the Mercado Central de Otuzco and pick up a shopping list for chicha, a Peruvian moonshine brew, from a marked stand. They must then find five different shops in the market and purchase a total of nine ingredients for the provided recipe, then deliver them to La Señora de la Chicha. They must then trade the ingredients in exchange for a glass of moonshine each that they must drink to receive their next clue.

Hayley & Blair and Mike & Rochelle chose this task.

Choice B: Papas
Teams must take a marked taxi to a nearby potato field and sort out a pile of four kinds of potatoes by variety, before delivering them to a marked stall at the Mercado Central de Otuzco. They must arrange each variety of potatoes in separate bins at the stall to receive their next clue from the vendor. If the potatoes were incorrectly sorted, the vendor would collapse the stall, forcing them to start over.

Jelani & Jenny, Laura & Tyler, and Matt & Ashley chose this task.

Teams must make their way on foot to Virgen de La Puerta to check in.

For coming in first place, Hayley & Blair each won a Fitbit package for each racer, a phone and laptop of the racer's choice, and either home gym equipment or a one-year gym membership.

For winning the Date Night ticket, Jelani & Jenny won a romantic dinner with a performance from a mummy during the Pit Stop.
