The order of departure from the Museumplein ice rink are as follows:

1. Laura & Tyler (12:40 am)
2. Hayley & Blair (1:07 am)
3. Jelani & Jenny (1:20 am)
4. Mike & Rochelle (1:30 am)
5. Matt & Ashley (2:27 am)

Teams must fly to Trujillo, Peru. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to Plaza de Armas, where they will take part in Festiva de Fuerza. They must search the plaza for the Master of Ceremonies who will hand them their next clue.

Teams must travel by taxi or on foot to Plazuela de la Merced to find their next clue by the shoe shining stand.

At the Ground Rush Adventures Skydiving Club, Matt & Ashley would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Matt & Ashley must use an old-fashioned typewriter to type a completed Llama Loan application, before they are allowed to continue.

Teams must travel by taxi to Cuartel #1 at Fundo San Fernando to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to harvest a section of sugarcane and chop down one row of crops from a field. Once they finish their row of crops, a farmer will give them their next clue and a bundle of sugarcane.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must travel by taxi to Parque Ramón Castillo in Otuzco, where they will deliver their sugarcane to the marked stand to receive their next clue. Teams must also write down their steps walked and calories burned on the enclosed card before leaving the sugarcane fields.

Teams must use a row of chalkboards to write their activity data (steps and calories) from the Fitbit fitness watch device. They can use a calculator to count the steps needed to work off the 576 calories from a sugarcane. Once the total numbers are computed, they are required to drink the juice and will receive their next clue from the fitness expert.

Choice A: Mamas
Teams must walk through the busy streets of Mercado Central to find five different shops and purchase nine ingredients of Peruvian moonshine brew from a provided recipe, then deliver them to an elderly lady known as La Señora de la Chicha. She will trade them the ingredients for a glass of moonshine that they will drink until getting their next clue.

Hayley & Blair and Mike & Rochelle chose this task.

Choice B: Papas
Teams must travel to a nearby potato field and sort out a pile of potatoes by variety, eventually delivering them to Mercado Central and displaying each type of potato in a separate bin, arranging them to the vendor's approval. Once the potatoes are perfectly arranged, the potato vendor will give them their next clue.

Jelani & Jenny, Laura & Tyler, and Matt & Ashley chose this task.

Teams must travel by taxi to the Statute of Virgen de La Puerta to check in.

For coming in first place, Hayley & Blair each won a Fitbit package for each racer, a phone and laptop of the racer's choice, and either home gym equipment or a one-year gym membership.

For winning the Date Night ticket, Jelani & Jenny won a romantic dinner with a performance from a mummy during the Pit Stop.
