Since the previous leg was a no-rest leg, teams immediately departed from the Pit Stop to continue racing.

Teams must travel by train to Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Upon arrival, teams will travel by tram to the vessel in the picture they received with their clue, with is Vessel 11 in Leuvehaven, where they will find departure times in the morning, where they will receive their next clue from the ship's captain. The earliest is 5:00 am and the latest at 6:30 am, with teams leaving 15 minutes apart.

Teams must travel on foot to Kop van Zuid and take a water taxi to the Kinderdijk Windmills to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to find an exact duplicate of Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers placed around nearby windmills. If they find the correct duplicate, a miller will give them their next clue.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must record their highest heart rate from the previous leg and their heart rate from this leg's Roadblock and subtract the difference. The solution will equal the number of tulips they will have to pick up and deliver to the Spakenburgermeisje, Dutch for 'the girl at Spakenburg', to receive their next clue.

Teams must travel by water taxi to Nolet Distillery to search for their next clue.

Choice A: Ship
Teams must travel by tram to Millennium Tower and using a training simulator, they had to navigate a simulation of Rotterdam Harbour in stormy weather to complete a two-part mission. The first part of the mission was to deliver a pilot to a ship. The second part was to go to the aid of a ship in distress. If their mission was completed in under five minutes, the captain would give them their next clue. However, if they failed the mission, teams had to try again.

Cindy & Rick, Denise & James Earl, Justin & Diana, Kelsey & Joey, Logan & Chris, and Tanner & Josh chose this task.

Choice B: Skip
Teams must travel by tram to Leuvehoofd Park and had to complete a Double Dutch clapping routine on a jump rope for 45 seconds to receive their next clue.

Only Tiffany & Krista chose this task.

Teams must travel by train to The Hague, then travel by tram to the Peace Palace to check in.

For coming in first place, Justin & Diana won cash prize from Fitbit matching the total sum of footsteps they took over the course of the leg, which totaled $31,873, and a 89-minute massage during the Pit Stop.
