Get Your Sexy On is the sixth episode of The Amazing Race 21.

Teams must fly to Istanbul, Turkey. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi or the metro to the Kabataş ferry terminal, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must take a ferry to the Üsküdar Ferry Terminal, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Mısır Çarşısı and search for stall no. 14, where they would receive their next clue and a box of Turkish delight.

At Mısır Çarşısı, Josh & Brent would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Josh & Brent must make their way on foot to the New Mosque and each eat one cone of Maraş ice cream with at least two flavors from a nearby marked stall, which includes a teasing performance common with the dessert by the vendor, before they are allowed to continue.

Choice A: Simit
Teams must deliver three orders of the traditional Turkish bagel known as a simit to three different vendors, stacked carefully on a delivery board that one team member must wear on their head. If they dropped any simit, they would have to restart that delivery. Once they have proof of delivery from the three vendors, they must return to the bakery, where the baker would give them their next clue.

Josh & Brent and Rob & Kelley chose this task.

Choice B: Scrub It
Teams must pick up bathing suits from a stall in Mısır Çarşısı, then make their way to Hagia Sophia Hurrem Sultan Bathhouse, where they must partake in a traditional Turkish bath. Once the bath is complete, the bath attendants would give them their next clue.

Abbie & Ryan, James & Abba, Jaymes & James, Natalie & Nadiya, and Trey & Lexi chose this task.

Teams must make their way on foot to Kapalıçarşı and search for the marked fountain, where they would find their next clue.

"Who's ready to pour their heart out?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must dress in vendor garb and serve 40 glasses of Turkish sherbet to passersby in the bazaar, selling each glass for ₺1 from a long-spouted brass teapot called an ibrik to earn ₺40. Once they have returned with the money to the attendant, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Kuruçeşme Cemil Topuzlu Parkı and find the MV Savarona to check in.
For coming in first place, Trey & Lexi won a trip for two to Australia, provided by Travelocity.
