Gilles Miron and Sean Miron are a team of Grandfather/Grandson on the The Amazing Race Canada 7.

The first grandparent and grandchild team to complete on The Amazing Race Canada, Gilles and Sean often had differing mindsets when it came to the race, with Gilles's relaxed and calm demeanor contrasting heavily with Sean's urgency and ferocity. They were in the back of the pack in the first leg, managed to barely survive the leg after Jet & Dave got lost on their way to the next location. While setting out on the third leg in third place after the second leg, they were quickly set back when they got off the plane last in the third leg and were forced to complete the singing and dancing Celebrate Detour due to the use of a One-Way by Sarah & Sam, a task which they struggled heavily with. While they managed to catch up to their fellow One-Way recipients Trish & Amy towards the end of the leg, Gilles couldn't figure out that he needed to tidy up his workstation at the ikebana Roadblock before Amy did, resulting in their elimination in 8th place.

Don't be fooled by the age gap between Gilles and Sean – these men are both old souls. Gilles is friendly, adventurous, and a very active 65-year-old. He is a canoe instructor, a seven-year meditator, and a bit of a daredevil in his day. Sean's birth changed his life. Gilles daughter was 16 when she had Sean, and Sean did not have a father in his life so Gilles decided to be a better example for Sean, and to be a good male role model. Sean is outgoing, fun, and extremely caring. His grandfather's influence has inspired him to be a better person and he is always willing to help people around him. He holds a second-degree black belt and dabbles in powerlifting. Sean loves outdoor activities, especially camping, canoeing, and snowboarding. Both Gilles and Sean are adventurous and always willing to try new things and they are out to prove to Canada that age is just a number!
