The order of departure from Panamá Viejo are as follows:

1. Jeremy & Sandy (12:04 am)
2. Ernie & Cindy (12:05 am)
3. Amani & Marcus (12:06 am)

Teams must fly to Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to FlightSafety International, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must choose a flight instructor, who would teach them how to operate a Learjet flight simulator. They must then act as pilot and co-pilot in a simulated landing of Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport over 2,500 feet. Once the flight is successfully completed, the flight instructor would give them their clue.

Teams must find "the residence formerly known as 'The Dump'", leaving teams to figure out that this referred to the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, where they would find their next clue.

"Who gives a damn?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must type out their next clue by using a Remington 3 typewriter, which does not have a key for the number 1, leaving them to figure out to use the lower-case letter l as a substitute. Once the southern gentleman is satisfied with their work, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must deduce that the series of three numbers from the clue are an homage to Hank Aaron: 44 (his uniform number), 715 (the number of home runs he hit to break the Major League Baseball home run record), and 74 (the year in which he broke the record). This would direct them to Turner Field, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must map out the Race course from start to finish on a large vertical map by looping a rope through a series of carabiners on the map to recreate the specific route visited on the Race. One team member worked on the map, while the other member gave instructions without the use of notes. Once they had mapped out the correct route, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to the Swan House and enter through the gate at West Andrews Drive NW to cross the Finish Line.
