Gotta Put Your Sole into It is the fourth episode of The Amazing Race 30.
The order of departure from Moulay Hafid Palace are as follows:
Teams must fly to Nice, France. Due to the limited number of flights out of Tangier, teams are given tickets to Nice. However, they are not obligated to use them and may look for another itinerary. Upon arrival, teams must drive themselves to Sailing School Water Company de Saint-Tropez in Saint-Tropez, where they would find their next clue.
At Sailing School Water Company de Saint-Tropez, Cedric & Shawn would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Cedric & Shawn must stack a set of fifteen Optimist dinghies in numerical order, before being allowed to continue.

Choice A: Bread
Teams must make their way to La Tarte Tropézienne, where they must use 30 lbs. of dough to form 50 traditional baguettes. Once the master baker has approved of their work, they must deliver a baked loaf of bread to a person in a marked restaurant in exchange for their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Sandales Tropéziennes, where they must each make a Tropezienne sandal. Once the cobbler has approved of their work, they must deliver a finished pair of sandals to a person in a marked restaurant in exchange for their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Place des Lices, where they must compete in a game of pétanque. Each team member would be given three boules to toss or roll as close as possible to a small red ball, known as a jack, while standing inside a circle with both feet on the ground. Teams must continue throwing boules until one of theirs was closest to the jack, at which point play would move to the other team. The game was over once one team ran out of boules to throw, and the one with the boule closest to the jack would be declared the winner. The team that wins the game may check in to the nearby Pit Stop, while the team that loses must then wait for another team to compete against. The team that lost the final game would be eliminated.
The battles are in order, with the winners in bold:
