Teams must take a train to Madrid, then fly to London, England, United Kingdom. Upon arrival, teams must drive themselves to Anfield Stadium in Liverpool. Teams must drive themselves to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in Wrexham County Borough, Wales, where they would find their next clue.
"Who gets a high water mark?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must ride on one of the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct's canal boats and work with a Welsh language instructor to learn a verse of the Welsh poem "Y Sipsi!". After the 15-minute boat ride to the other side of the aqueduct was complete, they would disembark from the boat and must recite the poem from memory to a waiting linguist. If they could recite the poem perfectly, the linguist would give them their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must drive themselves to the Bolesworth Estate in Tattenhall, England, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Shoot It
Teams must participate in clay pigeon shooting using a 12-gauge shotgun. Teams must hit a combined total of 16 clay pigeons between them to receive their next clue.
Caroline & Jennifer, Dave & Connor, and Leo & Jamal chose this task.
Choice B: Boot It
Teams must participate in boot throwing. They must search through a pile of Wellington boots to find a pair of either size-9 or size-11 boots, which they must fill with water and throw them along a course until they reach the finish line. At the end of the course, a "Wellie official" would confirm that the teams had used the correct-sized boots and give them their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Peckforton Castle to check in. For coming in first, Dave & Connor won a trip for two to Fiji, provided by Travelocity.
