The order of departure from Plaza de España are as follows:

  1. Dave & Connor (10:39 am)
  2. Brendon & Rachel (11:16 am)
  3. Leo & Jamal (11:25 am)
  4. Caroline & Jennifer (11:36 am)

Teams must train by train to Madrid, then fly to London, England, United Kingdom. Upon arrival, teams will drive themselves to Anfield Stadium in Liverpool. Once there, racers must score two penalty kicks, each, against a professional goalkeeper to receive their next clue from Liverpool F.C.'s mascot, Mighty Red.

Teams must drive themselves to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in Wrexham County Borough, Wales to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to ride on one of Pontcysyllte Aqueduct's canal boats and work with a Welsh language instructor to learn a verse of the Welsh poem "Y Sipsi!". After the 15-minute boat ride to the other side of the aqueduct was complete, the team member disembarked the boat and recited the poem from memory to a waiting linguist. If the team member could recite the poem perfectly, the linguist will award them their next clue.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must drive themselves to the Bolesworth Estate in Tattenhall, England to find their next clue.

Choice A: Shoot It
Teams would have to participate in clay pigeon shooting using a 12-gauge shotgun. Once they've hit a total of 16 clay pigeons, they will be given their next clue.

Caroline & Jennifer, Dave & Connor, and Leo & Jamal chose this task.

Choice B: Boot It
Teams would have to participate in boot throwing. After searching through a pile of Wellington boots to find a pair of either size-9 or size-11 boots, the teams will fill them with water and throw them along a course until they reach the finish line. At the end of the course, a "Wellie official" would confirm that the teams have found the correct-sized boots and give them their next clue.

Only Brendon & Rachel chose this task.

Teams must drive themselves to Peckforton Castle to check in. For coming in first, Dave & Connor won a trip for two to Fiji, provided by Travelocity.
