Holly Agostino and Brett Burstein are a team of Married Doctors on The Amazing Race Canada 1.

Knowing that they were physically inferior, Holly & Brett hoped to rely on their intelligence and mental game to make it through the race. However, they had a very turbulent time on the race, either finishing at the top of the pack or struggling to stay alive. In leg 7 in Nunavut, a very physical leg caused them to fall behind. They also took too long to switch Detours despite clearly struggling with their initial choice. As the two of them, especially Holly, were emotionally and physically spent by the time they finished the Detour, there was no chance of them passing another team, leading to their elimination in 5th place.

Brett and Hol met 10 years ago in Montreal at McGill medical school, and are now married paediatricians working at Montreal Children's Hospital. They take great pride in helping people and changing lives, but don't let their career path fool you – these two are hard-nosed competitors. And when this couple disagrees, the sparks fly. As doctors, they are an intimidating team with Brett as the more opinionated of the two. But don't let Holly's quiet demeanour fool you – they are here to win. "We are definitely ready," says Hol. "Who ultimately wins clearly involves an element of luck but a team will always lose when they get careless." Brett adds, "I don't worry about doing things that are morally bankrupt." Brett and Hol have travelled around the world, but have done little travelling inside the borders of their home country. They believe THE AMAZING RACE CANADA is the perfect opportunity to see Canada and let their relationship grow.

The team member who sat out the first Roadblock was required to perform the second one. 2: Holly & Brett initially arrived in 3rd place, but received a 2-hour penalty for failing to complete the Route Marker task. Vanessa & Celina and Jody & Cory arrived during this time, dropping them to 5th place. 3: Holly & Brett were tied with Jody & Cory for 2nd place, as they arrived on the mat at exactly the same time.

Post-Race

• In their appearance in Steph & Kristen's Backseat Drivers bonus series during Season 5 in 2017, it was revealed that Holly & Brett had since had their first child, a son named Dylan.
