The order of departure from Boboli Gardens are as follows:
- Nicolas & Donald (10:12 pm)
- Nathan & Jennifer (11:55 pm)
- Ron & Christina (1:06 am)
- TK & Rachel (2:11 am)
- Kynt & Vyxsin (3:23 am)
Teams must fly to Mumbai, India. Upon arrival, teams must take an auto rickshaw to Khar Danda and find the M.R. Naik Newspaper Stall, where they must purchase a copy of The Times of India and search for an advertisement in the daily containing the location of their next clue.
Teams must take an auto rickshaw to Chauhan Alteration Tailors, where they would receive their next clue.
At Chauhan Alteration Tailors, Kynt & Vyxsin would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Kynt & Vyxsin must take an auto rickshaw to Dariya Mahal and successfully perform a series of yoga poses before being allowed to continue.
Choice A: Paste 'Em
Teams must make their way to a marked underpass in Tulsi Pipe Road of Dadar West Bridge and use the provided supplies to properly paste a six-panel Bollywood movie poster onto the wall. If even one panel is out of line, they may have to take them all down again and start over. When the judge was satisfied with the advertisement, teams would receive their next clue.
Nicolas & Donald and Ron & Christina chose this task.
Choice B: Thread 'Em
Teams must make their way to Dadar Flower Market and find a marked flower stall called Shyam Pandurang Bhagat, where they must create a traditional wedding garland by threading 108 flowers in an alternating pattern (red, orange, and yellow). When the judge agreed that the garland had been properly made, teams must to deliver it to a nearby bridegroom and exchange it for their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Kabutar Khana, where they would find their next clue.
At Kabutar Khana, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team. Kynt & Vyxsin attempted to use the U-Turn on Nicolas & Donald, however Nicolas & Donald already passed the U-Turn before Kynt & Vyxsin, having no effect on them.
Teams must take a taxi to Bharatgas Colaba Gas Service, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's got a strong back and good navigational skills?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must load a bicycle cart with six tanks of propane gas, pedal to the two addresses listed on their order slips, deliver three tanks to each address, and then take a receipt from the homeowner's door as proof of delivery. Once their deliveries were complete, they must hand the foreman their two order slips and two receipts to receive their next clue.

Teams must take a taxi to Bandra Fort to check in. For coming in first, TK & Rachel won a trip for two to Saint Martin.
