How's That Face Feel? is the eighth episode of The Amazing Race: Family Edition.
Synopsis[]
THE AMAZING RACE celebrates its 100th episode. Three consecutive Emmy Awards for Outstanding Reality/Competition Program, over 300,000 miles traveled, 88 Teams and nearly 50 countries visited have made the first 100 episodes of Race simply "Amazing."
During this milestone episode, one family member amuses the rest of the family with a face plant into the water after plunging down a 60 ft. ramp. In addition, teams are shocked to receive a clue from an unlikely messenger, an 1,100-pound grizzly bear. Meanwhile, one racer's motor mouth drives fellow teammates crazy.[2]

The order of departure from Lake Powell are as follows:
- Godlewski Family (5:45 am)
- Linz Family (5:46 am)
- Weaver Family (6:06 am)
- Bransen Family (6:27 am)
Teams must drive themselves to Monument Valley. Once there, teams must find John Ford's Point, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must choose two members to take a helicopter ride to Elephant Butte to retrieve their clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Moab, Utah and find the Gemini Bridges, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Ride Down
Teams must choose bikes and ride a marked 6-mile course down the mountain, then through Bull Canyon to find their next clue.
Only the Weaver Family chose this task.
Choice B: Drop Down
Teams would have to complete a 270 ft two-stage rappel down the rock formations of Bull Canyon. Once all team members were safely on the ground, teams must follow the marked path to retrieve their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Green River State Park, where they would spend the night. Their departure time the following morning would depend on the order they arrive. The first team to arrive at the park would depart at 7 am, with each succeeding team departing every 15 minutes thereafter.
Teams must drive themselves to Heber City and find 970 Little Sweden Rd. There, teams must find Bart the Bear, a trained grizzly bear, who would hand them their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Park City and find Utah Olympic Park to search for their next clue.
At Utah Olympic Park, teams would have the option to Yield a team. The Linz Family used the Yield on the Weaver Family.
"Who's ready to jump into the unknown?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must put on skis and a skiing outfit. They would have to ride down a 60 ft ski jump into a pool below to receive their next clue.

Teams must drive themselves to Salt Lake City and make their way to the top of the Salt Lake City Public Library to check in.
For coming in first place, the Linz Family won a trip for four to the Teton Mountain Lodge in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, provided by Travelocity.
