Teams must make their way to G-Max Reverse Bungy in Singapore River and add up a series of numbers while being hurled through the air for 10 seconds to receive their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must walk a tightrope 55 stories above the ground from Tower 1 to Tower 2 of the Marina Bay Sands in Downtown Core to retrieve their next clue, then walk back to Tower 1. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Hussein decided to quit the Roadblock and take the four-hour penalty.
Teams must take a marked elevator to the Sky Park Swimming Pool of the Marina Bay Sands and answer seven multiple choice questions about the race using swim rings to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way on foot to the Sky Park Observation Deck of the Marina Bay Sands and cross the Finish Line.
