The order of departure from Conrad Hong Kong are as follows:

1. Nat & Kat (4:37 pm)
2. Jill & Thomas (4:47 pm)
3. Brook & Claire (5:26 pm)
4. Nick & Vicki

Teams must fly to Seoul, South Korea. Upon arrival, teams must drive themselves to Cheorwon, near the Korean Demilitarized Zone and search for the Seung-il Bridge, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must raft down the Hantan River, then board a Humvee that would drive them to Camp Casey in Dongducheon, where they would find their next clue.

At Camp Casey, Nick & Vicki would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Nick & Vicki must clean a M109 Self-Propelled Howitzer before they are allowed to continue.

"Who's ready to be all you can be?"

The team member assigned to this Roadblock must chose a headband, then search among 200 soldiers practicing taekwondo for the one wearing a matching headband. Once they find the correct soldier, the soldier would break open a wooden board that contains their next clue. If they pick the wrong soldier, the soldier would take the headband, and they would have to retrieve another one.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must make their way on foot to Dongducheon station, then take a train to Seoul World Cup Stadium, where they would find their next clue.

Choice A: Full Throttle
Teams must travel by subway or on foot to the Mokdong Ice Rink, where they must put on short track speed skating suits and complete a two-person skating relay of 24 laps of the rink to receive their next clue.

All teams chose this task.

Choice B: Full Bottle
Teams must travel by subway or on foot to Namdaemun Market, where they must put on delivery uniforms and deliver six large glass bottles of ginseng roots to a holistic wellness store, without breaking any of the glasses. Once they have delivered all six bottles, they must both drink a bottle of ginseng tonic to receive their next clue.

None of the teams chose this task.

Teams must make their way to the airplane staute at Yeouido Hangang Park, where they would find their next clue.

Teams must make their way to the Temple of Heaven to check in.
For coming in first place, Jill & Thomas won a trip for two to Iguazu Falls, Argentina, provided by Travelocity.
