The order of departure from Gokhale Institute are as follows:
- Vince & Sam (12:01 am)
- Ida & Tania (12:17 am)
- Geoff & Tisha (1:14 am)
- A.D. & Fuzzie (2:40 am)
Teams must take a taxi to Bhaja Caves in Karli to find their next clue.
Teams must take a train to Pune Junction railway station in Pune. Once at the station, teams must take note of a statue of "one of India's most revered leaders", before proceeding to a Standard Chartered Bank at Jangali Maharaj Road, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must use a provided ATM card at the Standard Chartered Bank and enter the year of birth of Mahatma Gandhi as the PIN to receive their next clue printed on the receipt. Teams who make three unsuccessful attempts would incur a ten-minute penalty before receiving their next clue.
Teams must fly to Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman. Once there, teams must locate a marked vehicle at the airport to find their next clue.
Teams must drive to Al Alam Palace to find their next clue.
Teams must drive to Nizwa Fort in Nizwa, Ad Dakhiliyah Region, and search among clue boxes scattered around the fort for the one containing their next clue.
Teams must drive to Muttrah Souq in Muttrah, Muscat Governorate, to find their next clue.
Choice A: Carpet
Teams must use an image in a provided Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot camera as reference to match two carpets in a carpet shop in the souq to receive their next clue.
None of the teams chose this task.
Choice B: Count It
Teams must count the number of dried limes in a basket in a perfume and novelty store in the souq to receive their next clue.
Teams must drive to Wadi Tanuf in Nizwa, Ad Dakhiliyah Region, to find their next clue.
"Who's ready for a cliffhanger?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must Tyrolean traverse across Wadi Tanuf to retrieve their next clue on the other side before pulling themselves back across the canyon to their partner. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Fuzzie and Sam quit the Roadblock and opted to take the 4-hour penalty. Since they were the only two teams left to check in at that point, and A.D. & Fuzzie were also Marked for Elimination and failed to come in first place, Vince & Sam were allowed to check in immediately, with their penalty time applied to the start of the next leg, while A.D. & Fuzzie were checked in last and eliminated. Teams must make their way on foot find the Pit Stop in Wadi Tanuf to check in.
For coming in first place, Ida & Tania won two $2,500 credit cards issued by Standard Chartered.
