I've Been Wanting a Face-Lift for a Long Time is the fifth episode of The Amazing Race 7.
A Racer suffers from a wound that could impact the status of their team.
During a challenge, one Racer falls down in a cave and comes up covered in blood from a gash on the head. Will that team be able to race to the Pit Stop? Also, two teams race for the first Fast Forward of the Race where both their balance and their fear of heights are tested. Meanwhile, teams get emotional after a visit to a local orphanage and an intense drive ends with one team getting into a horrible car accident.
The order of departure from La Martina Polo Ranch are as follows:
Teams must go to the Orlando Power Station in Soweto and walk across a suspension bridge at the top of one of the cooling towers 30 feet above the ground. Once they have both crossed the bridge, that team would win the Fast Forward. Ray & Deana won the Fast Forward.
Choice A: Tunnels
Teams must go to Wild Cave Adventures in Krugersdorp where teams would have to rappel 45 feet into a cave, where they had to search for their next clue.
Choice B: Tribes
Teams must make their way to Lesedi Cultural Village in Broederstroom where five tribes (Ndebele, Pedi, Sotho, Xhosa, and Zulu) are represented. Once there, teams would have to deliver five items to the respective tribes in exchange for a necklace. When the team gets all five necklaces, they may exchange them for their next clue.
Teams must drive to the Baragwanath Market in Soweto to find their next clue.
"Who likes to shop?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must search Baragwanath Market and purchase five items (one toy, ten diapers, one children's backpack, two shirts, and one blanket). Once they have all of the items, they will receive their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Team must deliver the items they purchased during the Roadblock to the Orlando Children's Home to receive their next clue from the orphanage director.
Teams must drive themselves to Ngakane Street and find the Soweto Overlook to check in.
For coming in last place, Meredith & Gretchen would have to surrender all of their money and possessions, except for the clothes they are wearing and their passports, and they would not receive any money at the start of the next leg.
The order of departure from Soweto Overlook are as follows:
Teams must drive themselves to the Rhino & Lion Game Reserve. Once there, teams must sign up for one of two shuttles into the park. The first shuttle would carry three teams, while the second shuttle would carry the last four teams and depart an hour after the first. After the ride through the reserve, teams must feed the lions to receive their next clue.
"Who's got good aim?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must take part in a traditional bushman hunting activity by throwing a spear 20 feet away into a swinging target. Once the target has been hit, teams would receive their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Team must drive themselves following a marked path to Xau Xarra to find a cattle post, where they will find their next clue. Because of wild animals on the way to Xau Xarra, teams would be accompanied by a safety guide.

Teams must use a device called Kika to pound corn into powder, then transfer it to a basket. Once it reached a marked line, the woman supervising them would hand them their next clue.
Choice B: Water
Teams must fill 12 ostrich egg shels with water from an underground spring using a reed straw then bury them to receive their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to the edge of the Makgadikgadi Pans to check in.
