The order of departure from Marina Barrage are as follows:
- Dan & Jordan (4:47 pm)
- Brent & Caite (6:18 pm)
- Jet & Cord (7:04 pm)
- Louie & Michael (7:35 pm)
Teams must fly to Shanghai, China. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to Zhujiajiao, then make their way on foot to a boat dock and board a boat that would take them to their next clue.
"Who wants to get their hands on some extra dough?"
The team member assigned to this Roadblock must follow a demonstration by a local noodle maker to make 1 kg of lamian noodles. When they were done, He Pingping, the world's shortest man, would give them their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must make their way to the fashion district of Tianzifang, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must enter the Deke Erh Art Center fashion studio, where would be given a sketch of an outfit. They must then choose the correct pieces of clothing that were depicted in the sketch and give them to a fashion model to put on. If they chose the right clothing and accessories, the fashion designer would give teams their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Hongkou Football Stadium, where they would find their next clue.
"Your partner must do this one."
The team member who sat out of the previous Roadblock must put together a 96-piece puzzle using a small, complete picture as reference and then give the puzzle pieces to a group of fans in the bleachers. If the puzzle is put together correctly, the other side of the puzzle would reveal a seat number in the stadium where they would find their next clue.

Teams must take the Shanghai Metro to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum to check in.
For coming in first place, Jet & Cord won a trip for two to Alaska, provided by Travelocity.
