Teams must take a songthaew to Anda Adventures in the Ton Pariwat Wildlife Conservation Area in Song Phraek. Once there, teams must ride an elephant up the Khlong Song Phraek River to find their next clue.
At Anda Adventures, Liz & Marie would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Liz & Marie must wash an Indian elephant and clean up elephant dung, before they are allowed to continue.
"Who wants to hear some water music?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must search for a man playing a Thai flute. They must then search the water around him for a bundle that contains a ceramic carp with their clue inside.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must take a songthaew to a spirit house shop, where they must disassemble a spirit house. Once the spirit house is disassembled, the must deliver the pieces to Wat Chanathikaram, where they would find their next clue.
"Surprise! If you did the Water Music Roadblock, your partner MUST do this one."
The team member who sat out of the previous Roadblock must rebuild the spirit house they retrieved from the spirit houe shop. Upon assembling it exactly, a monk will give them a bag of fish food and their next clue.

Teams must take a bus to Bangkok. Once there, teams must make their way to the Bangkok Noi Canal and feed the fish with the fish food they received before leaving Phuket to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to the M.R. Kukrit Heritage House to check in.
For coming in first place, Amani & Marcus won a trip for two to Bali, Indonesia, provided by Travelocity.
