I Got Electrocuted is the third episode of The Amazing Race 5.
Story
Route Markers
The order of departure from La Porteña are as follows:
- Brandon & Nicole (11:50 pm)
- Charla & Mirna (11:51 pm)
- Jim & Marsha (12:21 am)
- Linda & Karen (12:28 am)
- Bob & Joyce (12:31 am)
- Colin & Christie (12:32 am)
- Marshall & Lance (12:41 am)
- Chip & Kim (1:08 am)
- Kami & Karli (1:13 am)
Teams must drive themselves to Aeroparque Jorge Newbery in Buenos Aires and fly to San Carlos de Bariloche. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to the civic center and find the mayor, who will give them their next clue.
Teams must make their way to the Del Turista Chocolate Factory to find their next clue.
At the Del Turista Chocolate Factory, teams would have the option to Yield a team. None of the teams opted to use the Yield, and was left unaired.
"Who's got the sweet tooth?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must search through 11,000 chocolates by biting into them until they located one with a white center. Of these 11,000 chocolates, only 20 of them had a white center. When the chocolate with the white center is found, they would get their next clue from a factory worker.

Teams must drive themselves to Villa Catedral and take a gondola up to Cerro Catedral, where they will find their next clue.
Choice A: Smooth Sailing
Each team member must paraglide in tandem with an instructor off the edge of Cerro Catedral. They would sail 5,000 ft through the air back down to the bottom of the mountain, where they would find their next clue.
All teams chose this task.
Choice B: Rough Riding
Teams would choose a mountain bike, and travel a six-mile course through a rugged trail to the bottom of the mountain. There, they would find their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Bahia Lopez to check in.
