The order of departure from Freedom Monument are as follows:
Teams must drive to the summit of Signal Hill and search among ten clueboxes for the one containing their next clue.
Teams must drive to the marked entrance of Killarney Motor Racing Complex to find their next clue.
"Who has the need for speed?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must drive an open-wheel race car eight laps around Killarney International Raceway. After four laps, they must enter the pit lane for a mandatory tune-up. If they entered the pit lane after seven minutes, they would incur a five-minute penalty before being allowed to proceed. After completing all eight laps, they would receive their next clue. The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must drive to Khayelitsha and pick up painting supplies from a Standard Chartered vehicle. Afterwards, they must head to Intyatyambo Community Project and paint a marked section of the daycare to receive their next clue.
Teams must hand over a R34,500 cheque courtesy of Standard Chartered to the caregivers at Intyatyambo Community Project, then drive Aquila Park Private Game Reserve in Touws River to find their next clue.
Teams must enter a cheetah enclosure at Aquila Park Private Game Reserve and retrieve their next clue.
Choice A: In One End
Teams must prepare 100 kilograms of food and feed it to the elephants in the reserve. Once the elephants finished all the food, teams would receive their next clue.

Teams must use the tools provided to clear elephant stalls in the reserve of dung and transport it to a marked area to receive their next clue.
