I Know Phil, Little Ol' Gorgeous Thing is the fourth episode of The Amazing Race 10.
Synopsis
While racing through Vietnam, teams must navigate their way through rough waters and around rocky islands.
Frustrated with their cab drivers, the leading team switches taxis three times en route to the next location. Once there, teams must decipher a cryptic clue in the dead of the night. At the Roadblock, teams must ascend and rappel a vertical 90-foot cliff at Hon Yen Ngua rock island in order to receive their next clue. One Racer injures their leg during the race, causing them to stop for medical attention.[2]

The order of departure from Canh Dong Dia are as follows:

Teams must take a taxi to Hanoi and find Lý Thái Tổ Garden and listen for their next clue, which they must figure out was being recited over a loudspeaker.
Teams must take a taxi over the Red River to Bến Xe Gia Lâm, then take a bus to Bến Xe Bãi Cháy in Hạ Long. Once there, teams must find the Hydrofoil Harbor, where they would find their next clue.
At Hydrofoil Harbor, teams would have the option to Yield a team. None of the teams opted to use the Yield and was left unaired.
"Who's got strong arms and legs?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must use a mechanical ascender to scale 90 feet up the face of Hòn Yên Ngựa in Hạ Long Bay. Once at the top, they would receive their next clue, then must rappel back to the bottom of the cliff. Only three teams could attempt this task at a time.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must take a motorboat to Sửng Sốt Cave and search inside the cave for their next clue.
Choice A: Over
Teams must ride a junk, then row a sampan to a provisions ship, load the provisions, then row to a floating village to deliver goods to two specific addresses on their invoice. Once the goods have been delivered, teams must row back to the provisions ship and present the finished invoice to the captain, who would give them their next clue.
Only Lyn & Karlyn chose this task.
Choice B: Under
Teams must ride a junk, then row a sampan to a pearl farm, choose a line of buoys, and haul 30 baskets out of the sea and into their boats. They then had deliver the baskets to a pearl farmer, who would give them their next clue.
Teams must row back to their junks and ride them to Soi Sim Island to check in. For coming in first, Rob & Kimberly each won a jet ski.
