Vasil and Ihor have been friends for more than 6 years. We met in sports, namely in the national team of Ukraine in athletics.

The boys admit that they did not expect that their sports achievements would not play too big a role in Velyki Perehony.

" It takes intelligence, luck, team play and an extraordinary desire to win," says Vasil.

" Why do I need to break myself, overcome disgust and eat, say, something very ugly with all my might, how will my sports career help me in this? - Igor continues." And during some tasks we even had to consciously go to a huge risk and even jeopardize the sporting future. There was one task where I badly injured my legs ... ".

However, the guys are not used to retreat. Sporting spirit and inability to lose pushed them to bold and incredible deeds in the "Velyki Perehony".

Notes: 1: Vasil opted to quit the Roadblock on Leg 4, and were assessed a four-hour penalty at the site of the Roadblock. 2: Ihor & Vasil initially arrived in 2nd, but were issued an 1-hour for using private transportation in the form of renting a jeepney for themselves. During this time, 4 teams checked in, dropping Ihor & Vasil to 6th. 3: Leg 6 had two Roadblocks and no Detour. The team member who sat out of the first Roadblock had to perform the second. 4: Ihor failed to complete the Roadblock in Leg 9. After Ihor's third attempt in the roadblock and all other teams had checked in, Fozzy came out to the roadblock location and eliminated them.
