Coming from Big Brother Canada, the had proven they were a competitive team as they have multiple top 3 finishes. However, the other teams also saw them as a huge threat as they got Passed twice, as same as Jesse & Jonathon. Despite being Passed twice, combining with Ika's multiple breakdowns, they still make it to the 9th Leg, where they struggled in Air Traffic Controlling Challenge and also Menu Detour, leading to their elimination in 5th place.

Ika and Demetres' love story began on Season 5 of BIG BROTHER CANADA. After the show, Demetres, originally from Edson, Alberta, relocated to Toronto, and their relationship blossomed. They got engaged in 2022, inside the BIG BROTHER CANADA house, and married last year. Ika is a BIG BROTHER CANADA legend, known for her fiery personality, ruthless gameplay, and the iconic moment when she shredded her houseguests' letters for $5,000. She later became one of the most-respected strategists in the game. Beyond reality TV and competition series, Ika is a mom of two boys and a content creator. Demetres, now a top Toronto realtor blending hustle and charm, grew up in a small town of 8,000 people. He transitioned from being a teen golf champion to an oil field tech, later running his own contracting company and investing in real estate. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing and travelling. As competitors, Ika and Demetres are in the best place in their relationship to take on the challenge of a lifetime: competing on THE AMAZING RACE CANADA. They are determined to show their boys that with determination, anything is possible.
