It's Gonna Be a Fragrant Day is the third episode of The Amazing Race 30.

Teams must take a train back to Amsterdam, Netherlands, and then fly to Tangier, Morocco. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to Port de Pêche, where they would find a marked crate of fish. Teams must transfer the fish into a basket and arrange them following a provided example, to the satisfaction of a fisherman, to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way on foot to Kisariate Jbala Souk and find a merchant with the Travelocity roaming gnome, and greet with him the Arabic phrase "As-salām alaykum (السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ)" ("Peace be with you") to receive their next clue, along with the gnome. Teams must carry the gnome with them for the remainder of the leg.
"Who's ready to rock the kasbah?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must first take their Travelocity roaming gnome to the American Legation Museum, where the gnome would be transferred via zipline across to another rooftop, with racers left to figure out how to retrieve their gnome from that rooftop. Upon finding their gnome, they would be instructed to find to the Kasbah Museum, where the gnome would be transferred via zipline a second time, with racers again having to retrieve their gnome from a second rooftop. Finally, they would be instructed to find a payphone at a marked Tele Boutique and use the provided coins in the gnome's pouch to dial a provided number, upon which they would hear a secret message in Arabic, "Sabah al-khair (صباح الخير)" ("Good morning"). They must then relay this phrase to the shopkeeper to receive their next clue, then reunite with their partner at Kisariate Jbala Souk.

Choice A: Drop It Off
Teams must make their way to Grand Socco, where they must pick up a crate of food at a marked delivery truck and deliver it in traditional Moroccan style, by dragging the produce along the ground in baskets, to three different shops. After making their delivery at each shop, teams would receive a receipt, each of which is stamped with a word in the name of the Pit Stop. Once they have receipts from all three shops, they must return to the delivery truck and exchange the receipts for their next clue.
Cedric & Shawn, Eric & Daniel, and Lucas & Brittany chose this task.
Choice B: Shake It Off
Teams must make their way to Restaurant Mamounia Palace, where they must don traditional belly dancing attire, then dance among the dancers and musicians in the restaurant while searching for three words that would reveal the name of the Pit Stop. Once they have relayed the three words to a waiter, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Moulay Hafid Palace to check in.
For coming in first place, Henry & Evan won a trip for two to Zürich, Switzerland, provided by Travelocity.
