The order of departure from Wat Chedi Luang are as follows:
- Alex & Conor (6:45 am)
- Cody & Jessica (6:47 am)
- Kristi & Jen (7:15 am)
- Henry & Evan (7:44 am)
Teams must fly to Hong Kong, China. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Lions Pavilion at Victoria Peak, where they must locate a photographer's kiosk. They must then have their picture taken and developed to reveal their next clue on the back.
At Victoria Peak, Henry & Evan would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Henry & Evan must light and place 40 flameless candles into paper lanterns, then hang them before they can continue racing.
Teams must take a taxi to Aberdeen Promenade, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Hairy Crab
Teams must take a boat to a Chinese junk at Aberdeen floating village, where they must properly pack and wrap 50 live hairy crabs for transport in the middle of a simulated typhoon. Once all 50 crabs have been secured to the fisherman's satisfaction, they would receive their next clue.
Cody & Jessica and Kristi & Jen chose this task.
Choice B: Grub Grab
Teams must take a boat Ap Lei Chau, then find Jin Bao Seafood Restaurant, where one member must take the orders of eight customers in Cantonese, then relay it to their teammate in the kitchen. The member in the kitchen must then find the correct dishes, which were labeled phonetically, then give them to their partner for serving. Once each customer received the correct dish, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must take a taxi to the Central Pier #4, where they would find their next clue.
"Who wants to get smashed?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must smash a pile of old electronics with a baseball bat while searching for two halves of their next clue. Once they have found both halves of the clue, they must then splatter their smashed electronics in paint to create a work of "rage art". During this challenge, their teammate would have a briefcase handcuffed to them.

Teams must take a taxi to Lan Kwai Fong, where they must search for three signs depicting things from three previous legs of the race (Washington Square Arch (Leg 1), a fez hat (Leg 3), and a bull Leg 5)) in order to unlock their briefcase, which contained the key to the handcuffs and the location of the Pit Stop. Each briefcase would have a different permutation of the same three numbers required to unlock it.
Teams must make their way to the intersection of Johnston Road and Wan Chai Road to check in.

The order of departure from the intersection of Johnston Road and Wan Chai Road are as follows:
None of the teams' departure times were shown in this episode.Teams must fly to San Francisco, California. Upon arrival, teams must find the "The Say Hey Kid" statue, leaving teams to figure out that this referred to the statue of Willie Mays outside AT&T Park, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must paddle a kayak in McCovey Cove in search of three numbered baseballs to represent the number of career home runs Willie Mays hit (660) while San Francisco Giants mascot, Lou Seal, threw more baseballs into the cove. Once they have found the correct combination of baseballs, they may trade them to the umpire in exchange for their next clue.
"Who brought an extra pair of underwear?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must use an ascender to pull themselves 200 feet to the anchorage of the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge. They must then enter the structure, put on a harness covered with bright lights, then free fall into the abyss. Once back on the ground, they would receive their next clue and reunite with their partner.

Teams must solve a rebus puzzle instructing them to make their way to the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Company, where they must learn how to make fortune cookies. Each team member must make 51 fortune cookies to the judge's satisfaction to receive a giant fortune cookie, which contained their next clue.
Teams must make their way to San Francisco City Hall, where they would find their next clue.[1]
Teams must make their way to the USS Hornet, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must search the USS Hornet to find twelve pieces of a model fighter jet, each with a pair of stickers corresponding to a leg of the race. Once they have found all twelve pieces, the member who did not perform the Roadblock must then build their team's fighter jet. They must figure out the correct combination of six parts that correspond to the twelve legs of the race, without duplicates, that would correctly fit on the fighter jet.
