It's Not Over Til Phil Sings is the third episode of The Amazing Race 36.
Story[]
Teams climb the stairs to the top of El Peñon de Guatapé in Colombia to find their clue and begin the third leg of the race.
Route Markers[]
Teams were flown to Medellín, Colombia, and began the next leg at the base of El Peñón de Guatapé in Guatapé.

Teams must climb more than 60 storeys to the top of the observation deck atop El Peñón de Guatapé, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Bandeja Paisa
Teams must take a marked water taxi from Hotel Mall Aguas Abiertas Docks to Malecón de Guatapé, then make their way to Calle 29, where they would be assigned a work station by matching the photo provided in their clue with a zócalo somewhere along the street. Then, following a provided recipe, they must use the provided ingredients to prepare three plates of bandeja paisa to the satisfaction of a panel of local grandmothers. Once the panel is satisfied with the taste and presentation of their dishes, they would give teams their next clue.
All teams chose this task.
Choice B: Yipao
Teams must take a marked water taxi from Hotel Mall Aguas Abiertas Docks to Malecón de Guatapé, then make their way to Parqueadero Municipal, where they must, following a finished example as reference, load a Willys Jeep with provided furniture, much like during a local Yipao parade. Once the owner is satisfied with their work, they would give teams their next clue.
Teams must make their way to El Cordero de Guatapé, where they must choose a marked tuk-tuk, then direct their driver to Casa Loma Finca Cafetera, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's feeling picky?"
The team member assigned to this Roadblock must harvest ripe Arabica beans from the groves, then use a husking machine to de-shell the beans. Once they have a total of 1 kilogram of husked beans, they would receive their next clue

Teams must search the grounds of Casa Loma Finca Cafetera for the nearby Pit Stop to check in.
