The order of departure from Hotel Lajadira are as follows:

Teams must make their way to Trampolino Olimpico and go snowrafting. Once at the bottom, they will receive their next clue.
The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after receiving their clue at Trampolino Olimpico. Teams must head to the Rialto Bridge in Venice and join a group of traveling players to form the street theater known as Commedia dell'arte until the Fast Forward clue appeared in the skit. Once the team saw it, they could claim the Fast Forward. Steve & Dave won the Fast Forward.
Teams must take a train to Venice and find the Ponte delle Guglie to search for their next clue.
Choice A: Waterway
Teams must travel by gondola and use a map to guide their gondolier to Campo Querini Stampalia. Teams may not ask anybody for directions. Once there, teams will find their next clue.
Amanda & Chris, David & Jeff, Jon & Al, Monica & Sheree, Reichen & Chip, Russell & Cindy, Steve & Dave, Steve & Josh, and Tian & Jaree chose this task.
Choice B: Pathway
Teams must travel by foot to Campo Querini Stampalia. Teams are not given a map, but may ask for directions. Once there, teams will find their next clue.
Teams must go to Palazzo da Mosto and find a party where their next clue is located. However, the party does not start until 5:00 pm.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must take one of four photos of a Venetian mask and enter a party filled with masked revelers to find the mask shown in their picture. Once they correctly find the person wearing the matching Venetian mask, they will receive their next clue. If they choose incorrectly, the masked reveler will simply take their photo and walk away, and they will have to go back in line to start over again. Only four teams at a time are allowed inside the party.

Teams must make their way to Palazzo Ducale and find the Citta di Padova boat docked at the Laguna Veneta to check in.

Trivia[]
- This episode's title was said by Reichen Lehmkuhl as he pondered on Josh Cottingham saying there's a line formed outside of the train station, but the clue about arriving at one of the two train stations listed (Calalzo or Alpi) did not mention anything about a line that had to be formed once multiple teams arrived at the train station of their choice.
- This was the first episode to air in the month of June.
