Keith Tollefson and Whitney Renee Duncan are an Engaged team on The Amazing Race 25.

Having previously met on Survivor, Keith & Whitney eventually got engaged, though moved their wedding to be on the Race. They barely escaped elimination in the first leg, but began to race near the top of the pack in succeeding legs while regularly bickering along the way. Keith & Whitney found themselves leading the pack in a tightly-contested fifth leg early on, though they also got into a heated confrontation with Shelley & Nici at the Roadblock. Despite their lead, they struggled with their Detour choice and took a long time before switching tasks. This allowed Shelley & Nici to retaliate by using the U-Turn them after seeing them struggle and, already in last place, resulted in Keith & Whitney's elimination in 8th place.

What excites you most about traveling? The adventure of something new and the unknown.
Biggest challenge you and your teammate will face on The Race together: I'm way too annoyed listening to long stories or explanations (I'm a guy). I need to be less mean and more of a compassionate listener.
Pet peeve about your teammate: She pees with the door open! Close the door!
What country and place would you most like to visit and why? Bali, Indonesia. It seems like another world and a place to escape.
What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)? Increased appreciation and patience for her. Couples tend to lose this slowly as time goes on.

What famous person reminds you of yourself? Kate Hudson, because she seems down to earth and funny.
What famous person reminds you of your teammate? Matthew McConaughey, because he's the all-American hunk and funny.
What scares you most about traveling? Nothing!
What excites you most about traveling? Seeing cool places with my soul mate.
Biggest challenge you and your teammate will face on The Race together: We both can be really stubborn. We are so competitive and when we get in game mode, kindness goes right out the window.
Pet peeve about your teammate: He thinks he knows everything.
What country and place would you most like to visit and why? Thailand, New Zealand, Samoa (where we fell in love), and the Dominican Republic (where we were going to get married before we had to move the wedding to be on the Race).
What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)? An adventure! What a way to begin our marriage!

Post-Race[]

Keith & Whitney got married on July 27, 2014^[2] with The Amazing Race 25 castmates Adam & Bethany, Kym & Alli, Lisa & Michelle, and Tim & Te Jay in attendance.
On April 17, 2022, Whitney and Keith announced on Instagram that they were expecting their first child in October 2022.^[3]
- Whitney gave birth to their son, Duncan Keith Tollefson, on October 1, 2022. Keith's Birthday.^[4]

Trivia[]

Whitney previously competed in the fifth season of Nashville Star, placing fifth.
Keith & Whitney met on and previously competed in Survivor: South Pacific. Keith placed eleventh and Whitney placed ninth.
Keith is the first contestant with a pacemaker.
They are the third team to represent Survivor, following Rob & Amber and Ethan & Jenna, and followed by Chris & Bret, Corinne & Eliza, and Rupert & Laura.
