LaKisha "Kisha" Hoffman and Jennifer "Jen" Marie Hoffman are a team of Sisters on The Amazing Race 14 and the Official Winners of The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business.
In The Amazing Race 14, the sisters suffered from communication problems that hindered their ability to work well as a team, as well as having a tendency to commit small mistakes and having navigational problems. Nevertheless, their physical abilities allowed them to make it deep into the race, where they developed a heated rivalry with Margie & Luke that persisted throughout their time in China. They were later U-Turned during the penultimate leg by Tammy & Victor, who feared their physical abilities if it came down to a foot race. Kisha & Jen managed to overcome the U-Turn to depart for the Pit Stop ahead of Jaime & Cara, but Jen had to make an ill-timed trip to go to the bathroom within the vicinity of the Pit Stop as a result of drinking several bottles of water at the Roadblock. Her bathroom break proved to be enough to allow Jaime & Cara to overtake them, dropping the sisters to last and eliminating them in 4th place.
They returned in Unfinished Business, where they proved to be better at communicating with each other, as well as being less mistake-prone. They also formed stronger relationships with their competitors, particularly with Flight Time & Big Easy, whom they bonded and worked well with throughout the race. Their consistent performances and strong social gameplay allowed them to make it to the final three, where they were neck and neck with the Globetrotters throughout the final leg. They eventually pulled out a narrow lead ahead of their allies and held on to it to become the first team of sisters to win.

LaKisha Hoffman (28); Jennifer Hoffman (24) These two former Division 1 College athletes look forward to becoming the first ever all female Team to win the Race. Besides athleticism, these sisters have little in common. LaKisha works as a youth program coordinator and basketball coach. She hopes the same strengths that make her a good coach – patience and a strong competitive nature - will ultimately make her the best Racer the game has seen. Meanwhile, she claims her sister is very impatient and blunt when it comes to dealing with others or speaking her mind. Jennifer works as a marketing assistant and newsletter coordinator for an assisted living company. She claims that she is the creative one while LaKisha is the analytical one…two traits that will undoubtedly be tested on the Race. Jennifer is infectiously energetic and confident, played college volleyball at the University of Louisville. LaKisha played basketball for the same school. Both have a competitive drive and are eager to put it to the test against this season's crop of Racers. Neither sister has traveled extensively outside of the states, but they are looking forward to embarking on this journey of a lifetime together in order to change that. They will run the Race with unstoppable speed and numerous arguments along the way.[1]
