Linton Atkinson and Sharik Atkinson are a Father/Daughter team on The Amazing Race 34.
Although the father-daughter duo started off strong, their race began to crumble during the Megaleg in Italy, where they narrowly avoided elimination. In that leg, Sharik, who had been avoiding doing Roadblocks due to her anxiety, finally agreed to perform one, only to express wanting to quit the Race at the smallest sign of difficulty and mentally checking out of the Race. When given an ultimatum by host Phil Keoghan on whether she truly wanted to quit, however, Sharik opted to continue the Race for her father's sake. In the following leg, Linton & Sharik fell behind early when Linton struggled with a needle in a haystack Roadblock, which Sharik, in spite of her criticisms of her father's performance, again made him do. This left them in last and resulting in their elimination in 9th place.

Linton, 50, is an assistant principal. Sharik, 23, is a Master's student. The father/daughter duo come into the race with their own international experience, having immigrated from Jamaica in 2001. The same year, The Amazing Race premiered, and the two are thrilled to now get to see the world after vicariously experiencing it throughout their years of fandom.
