Long Hair, Don't Care is the second episode of The Amazing Race 21.

The order of departure from the Bund Observatory are as follows:

Only Abbie & Ryan, Amy & Daniel, Caitlin & Brittany, Natalie & Nadiya, and Rob & Kelley's departure times were shown on-screen. The other five teams' departure times are unknown.

Teams must fly to Surabaya, Indonesia. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to the Alun-alun Stadium in Bangkalan, where they would find their next clue.

In the order they arrived at the stadium, teams must participate in a traditional karapan sapi bull race, riding on motorcycles alongside the bulls. Once completed, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must make their way to the Genteng Kali Bridge, where they would find their next clue.

"Who likes to party?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must select four children and operate a pedal-powered ride known as an odong-odong while making eight different pieces of balloon art for the children (four hats and four animals). Once complete, they would receive their next clue from one of the children.

Teams must make their way to Wijaya Motor Shop, where they would receive their next clue from a saleswoman.

Choice A: Ice-by-the-Pound
Teams must load ten 65-pound blocks of ice from an industrial machine at Tirta Maya Ice Factory onto a waiting truck, and then ride the truck to Pasar Ikan Pabean. They must then transport the ice by cart to an unloading zone at the market to receive their next clue.

Abbie & Ryan, Amy & Daniel, Caitlin & Brittany, Gary & Will, James & Abba, Jaymes & James, Josh & Brent, Rob & Kelley, and Trey & Lexi chose this task.

Choice B: Fish-by-the-Barrel
Teams must carry two barrels full of fish to a vacant fishmonger's stall inside Pasar Ikan Pabean. They must then set up the stall in the same manner as an example stall, including breaking a block of ice into chips to keep the fish cold. Once their stall has been set up correctly, they would receive their next clue.

Only Natalie & Nadiya chose this task.

Teams must search Pasar Ikan Pabean on foot to check in.
For coming in first place, Natalie & Nadiya won the Express Pass.
