Louis-Paul "Louis" Octeau-Piché and Marie Octeau are a team of Mother & Son on The Amazing Race Canada 11.
Although with a bottom 3 start, Louis & Marie found 2 Express Passes during Leg 2, and they were able to get into a Top 5 in that leg. During Leg 3, they gave Jesse & Jonathon their second Express Pass as the latter promised they would flush out for the U-Turn. However, after struggling at the serenading challenge and lost the last Face-Off, they decided to use the Express Pass at the Eyeglass Frame Puzzle Challenge in order to catch up. They again still struggled at the Detour but was able to finish faster than Osas & Esosa and narrowly escaping elimination. They were able to climb back to 4th in Leg 4 after Louis finished the Memory Roadblock in one attempt. During Leg 5, they decided to help Lacey & Celia during the Mr. PG challenge, which became their undoing as both teams were on the bottom and Lacey was able to finish the water Aerobics Roadblock in just 2 attempts, while Marie struggled on the Roadblock, allowing the sisters to overtake them, leading to their elimination in 8th Place.

With family bonds and determination, they feel they can conquer anything. Louis is a French cowboy/actor with quick wit and a great sense of humour. A handyman for most of his life, he also played semi-professional soccer in Italy. A victim of bullying as a child, Louis – with his mother's support – used sport to help build his confidence. He most recently celebrated four years of sobriety and is dedicated to being the best version of himself, especially for his two daughters, ages 5 and 2. A single mother, Marie worked tirelessly to build a successful career while raising her kids. As a dedicated supermom, grandmother, and real estate powerhouse, she has spent her life proving that nothing is impossible. At age 58, Marie is here to prove that strength knows no age, as she wants to be the first grandmother to compete on and win THE AMAZING RACE CANADA. Together, this mother-son duo is here to flex for the grandkids and prove that Grandma and Dad are the ultimate dream team. They're ready to create unforgettable moments, dominate the competition, and bring home the win – all while showing their family what's possible when you chase your dreams. For Marie, it's also about inspiring women 50+ to believe that age is just a number.
